| 1. Click on Start, Programs and click Outlook Express. |

| 3. Click on Mail Tab and click Add button and click Mail. |

| 4. In Display name type your name and click Next button. |

E-mail address enter your email address and click Next button. |

| 6. In Incoming mail type epop.htp.com.np and in Outgoing mail type esmtp.htp.com.np then click Next button |

| 7. In Account name enter your username and in Password enter your password then click Next button. |

| 8. Click Finish button. |
